Is it a good Idea to stay in a relationship because you like that person?

...and the world like that person? You mean, ... everyone around likes the person? Yes, of course. But in one-side love, it's better not hoping too much unless there's a parrying from the other side.

Yes, it is a good idea to stay in a reraltionship if I like that particular person. One must know the different between like and love. I love my spouse very much but in the office I like this particular colleage very much but I don't have feeling towards her. I just like to see her and I even express to her and she also said the same thing to me. I enjoy talking and sharing things with her. She is a good listener and always gives me good advice.

Well relationships develop only if we like some one, with out that liking towards some one we never can get along with them. Obviously the relationship will exist and that is some thing which every one would think of. May be some times the liking you have towards some one can develop into love. But love is some thing which is totally a different kind of feeling which is hard to explain in words.
