Little more than you get paid for?

Are you willing to do a little more than you get paid for? Is there any advantage(s) in doing so? Normally i am working hard but can't reap enough rewards? What to do?

Yes I do more than what I am paid for and the beauty of it is that I don't grudge because I love doing it. The criticism, the murmurings, and other negative things will be forgotten if we learn to do it with love. Rewards will just come when it's due. So let's faint not in doing good!
