I have a lot of pets. fish, birds and dogs. Dogs has been a part of my life since I was a kid. I grew up with dogs in our house not one but many. I was bitten by dog twice in my life but it didnt stop me from loving them. I have two dogs at home, but last year a neighbor gave one which is a dobermann, and because my two kids are grown up and they are not usually at home my dobermann became just like my kid, but she dont sleep with me. She sleeps with other dogs not to play favoritism among them.
She always check if I am in my room, my family always tells me even when I am not home, that she always come to my room door to sniff if I am inside many times in the day. And when I come home shes very happy to see me.
Sometimes I hid from her in some parts of the house but she still managed to find me by sniffing.
To all my lotters, you can check www.uniteddogs.com and give pats for my dogs there. Her name is Nikohwei.

We have a Pekingese, named Gomez, we have had him for about 8 years, he is the ruler of the house and sometimes he sleeps with me but lately he has been staying in the living room and dining room at night.
We have a cat FROM HELL, he is black and while , long haired and his name is Oreo, he sleeps with me or where ever he decides to lay down, mostly on top the bookcase.
And we have 3 gold fish that I hate, they are messy and a pain in the butt.
Then there is my hubby who is my biggest pet!

hello,
that's really a cute story.
anyway, i have a dog with us right now.
when i was with my mom we have 2 cats and a dog. the kitty sleeps next to me in bed while the dog sleeps outside her dog house. the cat mom lives outside coz she is a outdoor cat.
my dog sleeps in the bed with me and my hubby. he is one spoiled dog, haha like me!
just love his presence. i enjoy that he lays in bed with us coz he usually wakes me up with his face in front of me just watching me or my hubby intently, haha!
i am looking forward to have my cat back from my mom and i am really excited coz she grow up in my care.
takecare!

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs (as well as a saltwater aquariums, though I don't think thats what you mean :P) and the cats are allowed anywhere but on the table, and the dogs are allowed in the living room, the basement, the kitchen and my moms office at any time. The dogs aren't allowed in my parents bedroom because that is where the catfood is, and they aren't sposed to eat that XD. Dogs also aren't allowed on the couch, but they are allowed on my bed and my cats and one of my dogs usually sleep on my bed.

My parents are divorced and I live with my mother. We have a long haired cat named Brynn... and she is beyond treated like family. Ever since she was little she's been held like a baby and given basically anything she wants. She does sleep with us, usually with my mother because my room is in the basement, but if I take a nap upstairs she crawls in with me. She has to stretch out and lay against us and she has to have her head on the pillow too or she'll squirm her way up until her head is where she wants it.
At my dad's we have two dogs, one is a beagle and the other is a jack russell terrier. And again, both are treated just like family. Hunter, the beagle, sleeps anywhere he pleases until nightfall... When everyone is on their way to bed he goes into my dad and stepmom's room. He's over-weight and their bed is tall so he whines until they lift him on the bed, then he crawls under the covers. Harley, the jack russell, sleeps wherever she pleases as well-- until night. Then she sleeps in my stepsister's room with her. Both dogs are spoiled rotten; but they are so lovable you just can't say no.

I had rabbit, and unfortunately it was killed by a cat only yesterday. I treated her as a part of our family. It would run freely everywhere in our apartment without making any damages. Friends, and visitors to my house would appreciate her attitude, which was very much friendly and cute. But she is no more. I'm already passing through a deep phase of depression because of different problems. But my rabbit would always inspire me to get busy in work. Whenever I felt depressed, I gave her a small pat on her back, and she would start entertaining me.
So shocking... it is the biggest loss in my life to say the least.

I have lots of pets, in fact way too many but wouldn't think of getting rid of any of them and if I had the money, I would have more.
I have 8 cats, 2 dogs, 3 goats and 2 very cute miniature donkeys. Only one cat sleeps with me cause she has been with me for 16 years so she is the queen cat at the moment. And I do treat them all like family and I spoil them all rotten. I spend most of my day taking care of all of them cause there is always someone that is sick or hurt.
But they are all terrific and my good friends.

I have 2 cats, one female 16 years old, the other is an "ALPHA" male going on 3years old. They get treated like family. I've never had such a bossy male cat in my life! The poor female has to slink around hoping he doesn't get in her face and chase her around and making her hide in fear. He gets squirted with a spray bottle when he gets too bossy. She sleeps in the closet or on the window sill. He sleeps on the carpet next to my bed.
