my first job was when me and a couple of friends worked as proctors for a preboard exam of a review center. we only worked there for two days but it was really tiring because we have to check the papers of the examinees.

I got a bachelor of science degree in Psychology but didn't pursue my masters or any of the sort. After graduating I did some tutoring for a few elementary kids. After that I worked for 4 years in a call centre industry working on Hispanic projects.

I'm a graduate of BSA (Bachelor of Science in Accountancy) last 1996. I studied at National College of Business and Arts located here in Manila, Philippines.
After graduation, I enrolled for a review because I planned to take the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Board Exam. I was able to take the exam but unfortunately, I wasn't able to pass it.
Less than a month after this, I was called upon by a local bank and was lucky enough to land on a job. I stayed with that bank for more than five years. Then, I decided to look for a job with the local government. After all, I passed the professional civil service exam with flying colors. I thought that this was enough to get me a job with the government. I was jobless for almost six months. It was tough so I finally decided to try my luck with a private firm again.
I had my second job and stayed there in the province with my parents for more than a year. Eventually, I got married and my husband and I decided that I stop working so that I could bear a child. I was jobless again for more than a year and basically, we stayed with my in-laws. But our efforts were futile. Also, our finances were really zero as we relied with only our parents then. So, we both decided to go back here in the city and find a job. We placed our faith in God that He will send us a child in the proper time.
Luckily, I got a job with a bank again and I'm still with this company for almost four years now. However, it is facing a financial crisis at the moment and is planning to close shop later this year or early next year.
Hopefully, I'll be able to find a legal employment abroad, particularly in another Asian country before the year finally closes. Pay rates are higher and there is an opportunity that I may be able to apply for a permanent residency there and only then can I get or petition my family to be with me; including my husband, daughter, parents, siblings, and relatives.
Best of luck and God bless us all.

My first job I ever had I was 15 years old and I worked part time in a clothing store called Cliffords. There are no more Clifford stores but there used to be about 5 of them in Winnipeg when I was grwoing up. I then worked at a clothing factory where we sewed the clothes. I was usually on the Jeans line and I was sewing pockets on the backs of them. Now that was hard work and always so hot in the factory. I went back to school after that job since I had not yet graduated since I quit school. I didn't want to do that all my life, work in a sewing factory.

My first job was being a live in nanny when I was 14....It was actually pretty cool even though I was so young and there were reasons why I was given the job that had to do directly wiht my life ya know...rather than her needing a nanny....

thats true, its better for a kid to be taken cared by their real mothers than a nanny, because they might get some of the traits of their nanny when they grow up.its better that they get it from their parents.thanks

When i was a child, i learn to do some retail sales of food like tomato, onion, vegetable, etc...My mom need to do so because of financial issue. My little brother and sister we're just 5 and 6 years old then.So we go to the market at 6am already while my mom was already there at 2am to get the product at cheaper cost.We still have fun because as a reward when i and my sister and brother do some sales, will go to by some refreshing, we call it halo halo here. Were so happy with that and do more selling. We only do that during vacation from class and my mom don't want to leave us at the house alone. We do it from 2am to 12pm only.
