Do you believe in the philosophy of buddhism?
Me, I believe in the basic law of Karma. "You do good things, good things will happen. You do bad things, it will come back to haunt you."

The worst kind of atheist, the Chinese Communist Party, sees that Tibetan Buddhism is a threat and wants to eradicate it. The regime also robbed organs from Falun Gong practitioners and sold them to rich patients.
The non-violent atheist sees that Buddhism is a philosophy.
The other religious groups don't necessarily recognize Buddhist beliefs and the teaching. The don't want to acknowledge the Buddha.
The people, mostly in Asia, generally worship Buddha for things, wealth, health, .... you name it. They called themselves Buddhists.
Some people including some monks, exploited Buddhism for fame and profit. They also called themselves Buddhists.
As you can see, Buddhism has attacted many attention.
For the serious, Tibetan monks read the scripture and practice meditation in Tibetan Buddhism.
Dependent upon how you accept, understand and interpret the Buddhist teaching, it can be philosophy, religion, or way of life.
In the section “Buddhist Qigong and Buddhism” in the Zhuan Falun Lectures on the web, you can find out a good overall view about Buddhism.
Falun Gong is a unique Buddhist School, but not related to Buddhism. Falun Gong teaches the three universal principles: Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance; it consists of five powerful exercises.
