Patch on TV screen

Hey can anybody help me out. I have an LG 29" TV. There is a patch on the screen of this tv. I contacted many repair shops but they say it can not be removed. although it is not very dark but it is quite visible whn a white screen appears.

I think that you can consult the seller about this and he should give you other one if you have warranty. Cheers and happy myloting.
