Hi there carinawu!
It's my husband who is the good cook so he usually do the cooking unless it is pretty basic like frying, then I do that. His specialties includes buttered-garlic shrimp and chop suey. I think my specialty is spaghetti.

Frankly, I dont cook for myself for the meal I eat now. I am staying at our house where my grandma also lives that takes care of us since my mom works abroad. My grandma loves cooking and caring and so we leave it to her and the budgeting too. But with simple dishes that I like and they didnt prepare, like noodles, I prepare them myself. But when I was younger, I cook for me and my siblings.

I always cook for myself, I enjoy it. Sometimes my son's girlfriend brings me things and I in turn share with them. My favorite is poultry, today I'm making turkey thighs.
