Im gonna go with arnold.Becasue he is one big dude.Sylvester doenst impress me to much..Arnold and hogan should fight ..lol

Rocky - Sylvester Stallone in Rocky. I think Sylvester's best performance is in the movie Rocky.
Arnold used to be in my opinion. But nowadays Sylvester takes the lead. Because Arnold is busy being the governor. Sly is in awesome condition if you look at his age. The guy is 60 years old but that doesn't stop him. Look at his muscles at the new Rambo and Rocky. So Rocky would win in my opinion.

Arnold has a better body and personality. and hence i think he is stronger, because sometimes it takes more than physique to come back from difficult times.
