What would your dream job be like?

What would your dream job be like? Would you like a job that paid you a lot but you didn't really like? Would you prefer to work on something you enjoyed but didn't pay you as much? Or would you like to strike a balance between the two, making a reasonable sum of money and not minding what you did?
I prefer the last option ... middle ground.

I had my dream job before I had my children, I worked in a day care centre for children the pay was ok enough anyway but I loved it and that was really important to me.
