I Feel Like I Dislocated My Spine

When I got up this morning I felt fine but after I got out of the shower I suddenly felt a severe pain in my upper back, towards the center but slightly on the left side, kind of like either the edge of my left shoulder blade (well, that portion that's like down on your back) and my spine.
It's not really a stabbing pain, it's more like a kind of twisting pain that sort of feels as though both ends of my spinal column are being pulled on until it'll snap sending the segments of my vertebrae flying and bouncing around all over the place.
I haven't been doing any unusual strenuous activity that I don't normally do lately.

Well you could very well have done this, or you could have pulled some muscles in your back. It does not really take much at times to pull muscles. You need to go see your doctor to see what is going on.I have had back problems all my life, the aches and pains are very terriable. I have been disabled for over 22 years because of my back. i do not wish back problems on anyone. If it is a dislocation, a chiripractor will help with this situation.Rest & Heat will help some. Good Luck.

I can't go to a doctor because I live in the United States and so can't afford it. Even if I had a job, which can't happen because of the recession and the fact that nobody's hiring because they can just outsource for profit and ease, unless the applicants are immigrants who can be easily exploited, I wouldn't get paid enough. Plus doctors aren't readily available for each citizen, so it'd be better to not waste time visiting a doctor if the problem is insignificant.
