My chief is a real stupid man

I am working into a big hospital , I just moved from another hospital that was smaller and didn't correspond to my reality of working and career. I supposed that in this new one something wasn't going that good but "who cares" (i thought it might be so busy because of the quantity of people coming...i am at the first aid dept.) Well i was wrong. The confusion is just because my chief is not so proud to drive the department. It's a real stupid man, Instead of caring about the quality of the service we all provide is always busy into surfing the net and spreading b***s*** allover. The last news about his behaviour is that its doing a lot of bad things against all the employers (nurses and technicians) like delaying the holidays periods for no reasons, making nonsenses for everything, shouting to everybody and more and more bad things for 8 hours/day. Is that possible? I think one of these day i will make him to understand better how he should behave with all of us, (He doesn't know i teach Karate since when i was 21... now, poor him, i am 43 hehe).
