Is cosmetic surgery Natural?

I was explaining to my fiance the other day the reason i dont like the idea of cosmetic surgery is because its not natural. Well he added in that if its not natural to have cosmetic surgery what makes other types of surgery natural, like heart implants. I had to think real hard on this one and came up with this conclusion. It is natural, its natural for us to want to do anything we can to save another person so we go to surgery to help people live. Its totally natural for us as humans to want to look better so we naturaly go get surgery to make us look better. It may not be how came out of our mothers naturally, but its natural for us to want to have it and do it. Do you agree with my conclusion or do you have a differant answer?

Well I think it is not natural but neither is any kind of surgery out there. It is not natural to be cut into in any way but that wont stop me. I mean if it will save my life I will do it for sure no doubts but plastic surgery I would have to think hard on as that is taking a risk for petty reasons. I want a boob job but am too afraid.....plus no money for it either. I would never change my face thats too weird for me.

i would never get a boob job, thats exactley what my fiance said, no surgery is natural, but it saves lifes. thats why i say that it is natural, b/c its natural for us to want it to save our lives, and its natrual for us to want to look better, so we natrually use surgery to do that

when surgery is related to saving of life then it is good ..b'cpz you don't have any other options but when it comes to be for looking good the its not good b'cpz every body is beautiful , the bdy is given by the god and we have to respect it rather than thinking as bad and changing....

yes i can see what you mean there, but then again it still is natural for us humans to want to look better. I still will never have cosmetic surgery but i am fine with others getting it

doing a cosmetic surgery ! The idea is not too bad, because everyone wants to be practical and set their belongings and other things at their own pace and taste. If its really someones interest and of his own, then its better to do so not worrying about it anymore. But some people feel its better to be natural than doing cosmetic surgery.

Oh i dont care if others want it, ubt im one of those ones that would wnat to be natural, but my question is is cosmetic surgery natural, i think i know the answer which is posted above, but i wanted to know what others thought about that
