I was born well after my due date and at 4:19pm after a long labor...I guess I have always been stubborn!
My children were half one way, half the other...the first was 3 days late, the 2nd was 5 days late, the 3rd was six days early, the 4th was one day early, the 5th was ten days late and the 6th was two weeks early! I have two early afternoon babies, two late evening babies, one late afternoon, and one middle of the night...Also two on a Monday, two on a Tuesday, and two on a Friday.

I am not sure but I think I was born a few weeks early! My 14 year old son was induced a month early - I had been in hospital for months and could not keep down any food or drink more than 20 -30 minutes and was delivered by forceps, my 6 year old daughter was induced 2 weeks over and took a lot of budging , she always likes to do things on her terms! lol Both times I had to be induced , have my waters broken and have the syntocin (sp?) drip put in to strenghten the contractions! xxx

I was born two weeks early and my son was also born exactly two weeks early! I dont know why or how, but it just worked out that way. We both were born healthy with no complications also.

hello Cinderella2007
I was born 5 weeks earlier than my due date - my mother was induced at that time. I was an RH factor baby and in serious condition at my birth.
my children that are with us here on earth were each born 2 weeks early
we did have a child die at birth and several miscarriages. The baby that we buried was about 26 weeks gestation.

I don't know whether I was born late or early, but I have had both instances when it came to my children. My son was late. Surprisingly, he was due on your birthdate!!! But I guess he just wasn't ready to come out, no matter how miserable I was being pregnant in the summer.
I went to the hospital on August 31st, hoping to be induced. But after an exam, the doctors thought that it was better to wait. My family was frantic because I had told everyone that I was to be induced that day, but I didn't go straight home after the appointment. So they didn't know that I wasn't induced.
My aunt called me after I did get home that evening, and asked what happened. I told her, and she told me I should f*ck the baby out. This was hilarious to me, hearing her say that. I was rolling on the floor. That good belly laugh did the trick. I actually went into labor after I hung up with her. So I called the ambulance and went to the hospital.
I stayed in labor for another good nine hours before they told me to push. So at 5:41 September 1st, I gave birth to my first child.
My daughter was completely different, she was born six days early. I think that I was a little more prepared the second time around. I did a lot of walking because I didn't want to be pregnant over the summer yet again.
The morning of the day she would be born, I felt heavy. Didn't have any pain, just felt heavy. I called the nurse to see what I should do. She told me that it sounded like I was going into labor. She said that if I wanted to hurry it along, I should walk, but if I wanted to keep it from happening, I should lay on the couch or bed with my booty in the air, to take pressure off my cervix.
Keep it from happening, that was some mess!!! I got my son some clothes and proceeded to walk around the building that I lived in. Had to do it that way because my children's father was gone to school. I planned to walk the entire perimeter of the building, but I could only make it halfway. I came back in the house and made three calls. One to my children's father's school, to tell him I was on my way; one to my grandmother's house, because I had to take my son with me to the hospital and he wouldn't be allowed in the delivery room; and 911 for the ambulance.
I was really calm this time, the doctors were more worried than I was. They kept asking me if someone was coming to get my son. My grandmother only lived about five miles from the hospital, so I knew all that was happening was she was getting dressed to come up there. I reassured them that she would be there shortly. Sure enough, she got there right before they took me back to the delivery room.
Once there, I was made very comfortable. I had a television with cable!!! (Wasn't privileged with such things at home) and was given anything I wanted to eat or drink. I still really wasn't contracting, at least with any pain, so I was really enjoying myself. The nurse came in and asked if I wanted to get the epidural now. I was like sure, now I don't have to feel anything at all!!!
Soon after that, my children's father came in from school. We joked around, watched television, ate, and had a good time. More than what should have been allowed for a baby about to be delivered lol.
The only complaint I had was the doctor took too long. That evening about six, the nurse came in to check how far along I was, and told me to push. I did, and then she stopped me. She said I could have delivered on that push alone, and that she was going to get the doctor. We didn't see the doctor for another hour and a half. I was mad. I was ready to see my baby!!! I started joking with my kids father, told him to get down there and catch the baby, we didn't need a doctor, he was there for the first time, he knew what to do lol!!! Finally the doctor did come, and I had the baby at 7:41 that evening.
So those are my stories, one early and one late.

I was born 2 months early and was an identical twin weighing under 3 pounds - my Mum had a forceps delivery. My twins were born just a few weeks early (due to the consultant inducing me) and they were both over 6 pounds - the first was born naturally and the second by suction cup.
I was born at 11am and my boys were born at about 7 and 9.30 am.
