pls help me.....

this problem of my computer makes me crazy. when i open internet explorer there some windows pop up. Is that mean that i am having spyware and adware? how can i take it off? i have macfee as anti virus.and secondly when i open internet explorer it start so slow and sometimes it freeze.....please help me to solve this..... any help will be appreciated.....thanks in advance

HI there! Try to install a pop up blocker first or change your homepage. If it really is not working then try to install a new browser then after that, go and update your Internet Explorer or uninstall/reinstall it because it may be affected already. Take care!

Hi thank for the reply. But how i install a pop up blocker?or install a new browser?i already reinstall internet explorer but it's still the same. Thank you sooo much

Hi there! Go to www.download.com then search for pop up blocker or with the latest version of the IE 7, there is alreadya built in pop-up blocker. You can try to search as well there different browsers, just type "mozilla" or "browsers" on the search field. I use mozilla firefox as my secondary browser. If it really didn't work then there is a possibity that your computer has been affected by a virus and you need to format it if your antivirus can't clean it anymore.

u gotta format d pc or perhaps try reinstalling the browser. i think that will make it !

Yep, you're infected and it is a real pain to get rid of some adware. I use AVG Anti-spyware but as with all of these types of programs they are better at stopping adware/spyware rather than getting rid of it once you are infected.

Sounds like a virus if its pop ups you need a different type of anti virus software and sometimes even with good ones viruses still get through.Im not totally sure what you could use to run a full check on your computer my partner does all that for me lol
