Many of my friends here already know that I am a writer, I have written well over 300 hundred stories, all about my life and articles about psychology and more. When I first joined this site I had intentions of posting my stories here and then I changed my mind.
My stories reveal my life as I have lived it,
Would any of you be willing to read the stories if I posted them one by one basically from the day I first started writing, I go do one story a day and you goes would have able material to read and even comment on because this is for discussions, for a long time to come.
If there is not enough interest then I certainly will not post and bore you all,
What do you think?

Yes Yes and Yes! I would love to read them if you are willing to put them on. How fantastic that you have written that many things, I am currently working on an article that I have decided to do and submit to a place. I certainly do not think that I will be bored, it will be brilliant and I look forward to it!!!

I for one would love to read your stories but I can't promise that I would comment back on each and every one of them. I also think if the stories are not too long that more people would be willing to read them. Will look forward to see what others think on the subject and see the outcome.

well that is the point they are story length not discussion length, and people would have to decide if they wanted to read them or not.

I think that would be fine with me. It will give you a chance to express yourself and we can get to know you better also. Alot of us have no clue about other people's lives and what they have been through. I would not mind at all reading about your life if you really want to share it with us.

my life has been shared all over the net, and some of the stories were sold,
also my first book is all about my life, but my second which I cannot share except for excerpts is a novel that I am very proud of.

I would definitely be interested in reading them. As long as they are interesting and you don't make one post too long. I do not like to read post that are very long, because I tend to get restless. Other than that I think it would be great.

I would love to be able to read your stories on here as I find I am on here so much I don't have too much time to go into your site to read so it would be great for me. I don't always get round to reading all my friends discussions everyday, but I would print off and respond once I had read. One of my daughters is also studying psychology at university at the moment so she would probably be interested too. Ellie :D

she may but they are all mixed up my life with the teaching ones etc. So she might find them boring.

these stories have appeared all over the internet, and are mostly part of my first book, the ones that have been bought by magazines I will not be able to post as they now own the copyright.

In all honesty, it really depends on the length of them because I already have to juggle MyLotting with all my other responsibilities and so, it's kind of hard to find time. I would definitely skim through them...

that is fine hon, if you can skim or you prefer to pass up on them that is fine.

I would certainly read your stories. Like now, though, I probably wouldn't find my way to them as soon as you've published. :-)

I'm willing to read them all.
But mom be careful, when you post things online that you worked hard on, someone might try to take them and claim it as theirs. That happened to me once. I had posted 2 poems on poetry.com, and both had won a prize, and I was so happy that I posted them on different websites that I was on, and a few months later, I noticed people using my poems, and some were even claiming them as theirs. I had to emil the webmaster and tell them to take down my poems, but before they would take the poems off the person's site, I had to prove to them that the poem was indeed mine, by scanning a copy of my handwritten poem, with the date it was written (how many people actually write a date on their works ? not many), along with my signature at the end, to prove it was mine. Luckily I date and sign everything I write, from poems to stories, to recipes, so no one can claim them as theirs anymore

hon these stories are copyrighted and in my first book. You know I have written two books right? The second is a novel and I will not put that book up on the net, though anyone can buy the hard copy or the e-book from the publisher.

Are you looking for constructive critisim and or encouragement? I say you should post a couple and see what reaction you get and then you'll know. I would be interested in seeing your writing. I love to write myself but I rarely share it with others. It certainly has to be more interesting to read than "what do you like best...cats or dogs?" things like that. Show us your stuff.

most of the stories will have already been published in my book, I will not be able to post the ones that were bought by magazines because they have the copyright on them now.

I did post my things as you know. If you posted I know I would read what you wrote. The stories I have shared were to help people with different things like the Mercury awareness, my weightloss, and MRSA and such.
I post my poetry too. I love for people to read it, to see it. My poetry is my soul, my being, reality of my world as I see it.
Eventually I may do a biography of my life. I am sure you and I have many of the same things even if we are in different countries.

I've just recently thought of the same idea because I have completely run out of topics to post. But then I hesitated because I realized there's nothing that interesting about my life. I'm just and ordinary girl living an ordinary life doing what ordinary people ordinarily do. I bet you have a lot of interesting stories, though. And I know I would like to read about them. I look forward to it.

I am just an ordinary person too, don't sell yourself short, like that, people like to read stories about the things they can relate to.

yeah, I know that you are pretty good and one of the greatest writer in this mylot and in the world. But I didn't see your name in your books or anywhere in the magazine... maybe I just didn't pay attention on the writer side too...
And I do think that you should post your stories here, I am very interested to read them and share them with my friends too...

are you talking about storytime tapestry?
I used to have my name on it but I took it off, everyone that is a member knows my name anyway, and if you read carol's corner, that is where a lot of my stories are, you will see my name.
