if you have been following my post here at ayurveda clinic you will know that i have a new machine called iolife, its all about negative ions blasting the body. I have been reallt tired since starting using itand sleeping like a log. They tell me that it helps with insomnia and sleep problems, I did not have any but it has knocked me out.
