Providence and Luck, a day when everything falls into place...

So the other day I had a very good and interesting turn of events. It seemed as if providence, or luck, or destiny was at play in full force. It was a day when everything just seemed to fall into place.
So I had been up all night playing video games at a friends house. We stopped about 7:30 a.m. and I went home. Since I had already been up for a good 24 hours or so, I figured, "why quit now" and just decided to stay up for the rest of the day.
So that morning I'm going through my mail and learned that I had to cash out my 401k from a job that I recently left. I called and set that up and thought to myself, "Self, extra money... not a bad thing since I'm now unemployed."
Later that afternoon, I get a phone call about a very good job I've been trying to get for the last couple months. Long story short, they offer me this fantastic job and I accept. Yay me!
So now it's the early evening and I'm clocking around 40 hours of being up straight in a row, I'm on cloud nine because of the new job, both tired and wired, and drinking red bull like its going out of style.
So then my cousin calls and asks if I want to go get some food and stop by Best Buy so he can look at something. I figure I may as well go because I'm in a good mood.
I walk into best buy and they have this beautiful sign that says, "Attention custoemrs: We have Nintendo Wii's in stock." Now bear in mind I planned to get a Wii over a year ago and pretty much gave up on it because they go out the door faster than they would come in at all the stores around me.
On almost pure impulse (which I never do) I gladly shell out the cash and purchase myself a Wii.
It's ironic (in a good way) how everything went that day. I've had a horrible last couple months and all of sudden it was like I could do no wrong, and everything I did led to something good happening.
I'm sure it may seem trivial to some, but in the absence of good things happening, even the very little things stand out, and seem to say, "hang in there buddy, it's all good."
So who else has experienced days like this? When you could do know wrong, the world and karma just seemed to lay everything at your feet no matter direction you took?
