Yes, there are a lot of site out there that are completely free to join and actually pay you! If you're new to the whole online money making scheme, i really recommend marketing pond. It's got a list of the best money making sites online, all (but 1) are completely free to join and the admin is very trustful. She only has the good programs listed. There's also a great forum which is full of lots of helpful people, and again the admin is very helpful.
