Is Mayor Bernabe doing his job?

sorry for my delayed reply---just having some problems. Were here at PQ since 1983. The things that I have noticed are, The City was improved, Nat'l HS also. But, did you noticed the street path, painted with red and yellow, I think it is useless..why? their cement was very thin and it could easily breakup and they covered with cements all the handicaps access path. I dont know what it is called. And, also Bernabe's Street Light...very cheap construction. The design is very poor, stylish but not practical and useful. Have you tried to pass on Muntinlupa? you can their lighting system it was very good
