PTR programs are really getting GREEDY!

Has this ever happened to you? Clicked on an ad to be taken to another ptr site. You like the site and decide to join so you fill in the boxes. You are still in the previous paid ad window and the timer keeps going so you click on the banner to visit the home page. Guess what? It takes you right back to the previous ad and the home page has the same address. Does this mean the first site advertising the banner also owns the new site? WTF is going here? I just might have to get a new career, private detective.
