Is it true that Akon is doing a country/western album?

I heard on the radio the other day that Akon was making a new country/western ablum under a new alias(if that's spelled right lol=))! Well that was the 1st and only time i've heard about it so I was wondering if anyone else heard this! And what's ur thoughts if it's true? Mine i think it's cool wonder what it's gonna be like lol=)
