a TRUE friend..

I have many friends but I can say not all of them are true.There are people who just be friends with you when they need you or when in good times. Some are just friends in words but when you need them, they just ignore you. For me, those are FAKE people, and I really hate that.I experienced to encounter those people one time and it's really disappointed me. But atleast now I know who is true friend to me.
A true friend don't care if there's something you can or can't give to him/her.What he/she care is the thing he/she can share with you. And no matter what the situation he/she treat you as a friend even to the last.
How about you guys? What is a true friend?

Yes, I agree with you. I feel that there are really levels of friendships. The true firneds are the really hard ones to find and when you do find them, you should never let them out of your connections no matter what. I can say that I only have a few friends who cna be considered my ture friends. The others are just my friends because they were my high school batchmates or a classmate in some classes in college or a neighbor or orgmates. Some even stick around because of the connections for their own benefit but when yuo need them, they dont knwo you.tsk3 Congratulations in finding your true friends and the cartoon 'Ren and Stimpy's version of a definition of a true friend really amuses me and so true that I never forget it. It goes like this:
A friend misses you when you are away,
for even a short while,
A friend would try your latest inventions,
and would take pleasure in being your guinea pig.
And only a true friend would...
Scratch you back, pluck you eyebrows, do your nails and brush your teeth,
All out of the goodness of his heart.
Not my kind of a definition of a friend but is really funny, dont you think?^_^
