When was the last time you travelled on the train???

Took an Amtrak trip last May - went from Atlanta to DC to Chicago to Portland to Los Angeles - all in sleepers. Man, it was great. Took about 1200 pictures. It only cost me 30,000 OnePass miles. The scenery in Montana/Wyoming was really incredible, all the way into Glacier National Park. The Columbia River between Spokane and Portland was amazing. There is so much more to this country than you could ever believe. Next trip will be Chicago to Oakland. I can't wait.

I road years ago from Germany to Italy. It was miserable.

the last time i went by train was in May to NYC. it was crouded of course. and kinda hectic. lol. it was cool tho. it showed my parents that we could take the train to the city more often. especialy now that my brother just had a baby :D
