I'm looking for something new to make this Thanksgiving. What is your favorite holiday recipe?

I don't cook holiday dinners myself, i go to my moms :-)
But my friends mother makes these amazing noodles and dumplings every thanksgiving. She uses kluski noodles and puts them in with the turkey as its roasting, drops the duplins in with them, and i'll tell you, when they are done its the best thing i've ever tasted.
Also, another thing she makes every year is vegetarian pizza. She uses a thin crust, spreads a generous amount of cream cheese mixed w/ ranch dip over the crust, tops it with all sorts of veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, diced tomatoes, green peppers, and sprinkles it all w/ cheddar cheese. served cold. Now that has got to be the best thing ever in life, if you haven't tried it, you should.

I actually tried veggie pizza for the first time a few months ago. My husband's aunt made it and you're right, it's really good. The dumplings sound good too...something different. We go to our parents' houses too, so I don't have to worry about too much cooking, but I always volunteer to bring something. Everyone always wants me to bring green bean casserole.
