Secrets you can't tell your parents and not even your friends?

i am very open to my close friends and to my family. I never keep anything hidden. My sisters are my best friends, they know everything whatever i know in my life. And there are no secrets in my life that i cannot share with my family.

I do have a few things I keep to myself but nothing major. I rather to be clear as to what is happening to or with me and if the family have a problem with it I may listen to what they have to say but the choice or consequences lie with me and they should rspect that. If something major comes along then what i will do is left to be seen.

I have many things I keep from my family and friends. Some I am ashamed, others are just to painful and would cause pain to the person I told. I am not sure why you are asking this question. If I have things I would not tell my family why do you think I would tell you?

i think my mother made such a point in my childhood to enshre that i would never be fat that she made my selfestem bottom out.

There are a lot of things that i don't tell my family, for a lot of reasons really, but if it's a really close friend that i can put my trust in, or my partner then i do tend to discuss, even if i don't find it very easy. Otherwise my head get's kinda full :)
