Microsoft has given yahoo only 24 hours to accept its proposal for 44 billion dollars. the way i see it yahoo has no choice but to give in. I mean thwy have benn totally destroyed by google

Microsoft has only its empire over social development. It doesn't have it's empire over web. So if it buys it. Then they going to be the leading. So i don't want Microsoft to buy yahoo. Let they be powerfully separately.
