Sorry to say but you might be waiting for a while then. They claim that a reunions possible but I just don't trust this too much. I don't doubt they're all still friends but they all have side projects that they're doing. You might be better off going to see Serj Tankian live or Scars on Broadway when they start touring. I'm personally really looking forward to any System stuff in the future but for now I'm waiting for Scars On Broadway's debut which is coming July 29th.
