Mum fined for littering because her Daughter dropped a bit of a sausage roll.

Saw this on the news today, im sure if you google it you will find it on the BBC or somthing. But yea cut a long story short this mum was fined somthing like £75 because her daughter droped some of her saussage roll on the flor and she didnt pick it up, also some piggions ate it. How the hell can this be littering?

That is ridiculous. How can you fine somebody for that? I mean, the pigeons ate it!
