well for me it depends on how good you are at lying and also the type of lie. Some might recognize its a lie and some dont. Lie detectors are there for a reason cos some are just too good at it

sometimes, it depends on the person. some people r good liars. some suck.

Many people have nervous ticks that give away when they are lying. For example your eye might twitch, you may not be able to look someone in the eye, you may start tapping your foot or twiddling your thumbs etc. But the face doesn't always give it away in my experience.

Yes, I believe that faces can reveal lies. One of my general subjects in college is Psychology and under psychology we took up neurolinguistic programming. You can detect whether a person is lying by looking in his/her eyes. When a person looks up left before or while talking then he/she is constructing something visually in his/her mind which is lying. Furthermore, if someone cannot look at you straight in the eye while conversing with you then he/she is lying.

i could say yes because we can make different expressions of our face and we may be successful in lying by using those expressions but it will never hold longer as we want it to be. our face may hide them but someone or something will reveal them to the world.
