When things go wrong every one tells you be positive be positive but is it really possible to be positive after incurring a huge loss in business or after lossing someone you really love. I true give advice to my friends but when the real testing time came few months back I just could not stop my self from crying.
Why is htat it is easy to give advice but hard to execute it

I think that some stuff are really really hard to understand untill
your in that situation. I try to be positive but sometimes i really need to get pissed off at stuff, its better to vent your anger/frustration than lock it inside.
An example, its very hard to understand what orphans have gone throught if you havent experienced something similar. Sadly i have, lost my father when i was around 9 or 10, so i understand how it is to lose a parent.
I feel that instead of saying that someone should cheer up, you could offer to support them in any way that they would need, i promise that often that helps one million times more.

that is really true you fail to understand the situation unless and until you face it thats what happened to me but now i have experience to back me up and I alwsy try to cheer people up even in their worst phase of life because That was what I wanted but i had no one beside me.
