Do you ever have those days where you just can't go in to work? Not because your sick or anything like that, you just can't do it! I'm not ill, or tired, I just don't want to face going in to work today. I don't want to deal with other people, the stress, the boss, etc. Do you ever have those days or is it just me?

been there done that haha. Sometimes I do feel this way. Like I'm not sick or anything but I just don’t feel like going to work. lazy to deal with the people at work, lazy to step foot at work, yadda yadda…but oh well. Gotta put on a smiling face and go to work anyways, whether I like it or not.

oh yes! i have been in that situation before. it was something that has never happened to me... but it did happen one day i felt like oh my i am sooo stressed out i want to have this day all to myself and with no boss, no workmates, no pc, no silly things at work , no work load, no competition, etc.
it happens i guess... as for me i never got to figure out why i refused to go to work that time, i was not sick only a bit lazy getting up, must be the weather too, i suppose.. but that is secondary to what i felt.

I have those all the time. It is not like I can't do the work, I would just rather do something else - or nothing! LOL

I have those days as well feeling unenergetic, low and down. Especially during my period, I feel moody and fatigue mentally and physically. But I try to make my way to work as I always tell myself that is the life; nothing is easy. Besides, I don’t want to get into trouble as I will be asked every time after returning work from illness.

Yes. Ive had those days. I've called out without being sick. I just wanted to stay home and relax and not have to think. I enjoyed lounging around. I believe we have to be good to ourselves and make ourselves happy and if taking a day off, why not!!!

Yeah of course we all have those days and its best to take the day off now and lift your spirits by doing something that you want to enjoy instead of bothering with what other people are telling you to do, if you dont take the much needed time for yourself then you are going to suffer from burnout later.
