Today I happened to witness a very pity incident that some people started cutting down a VERY old Tree. I could find out from the widen branches and big roots spread over 10 meters surrounding, the Tree is older than 200 years. When I inquired about the cause which lead the people to cut the Tree, those people told me that we have to do this as per the orders from the authorities is that the Tree makes blockade while heavy traffic take place especially during peak hours and not only that some branches of the Tree is touching the electric wires. Finally, they cut down the Tree and fell it. I felt really sad. My doubt is that cutting down such a very old tree is right or not? In my view we should not cut down trees instead start planting the trees. Your valued comments on the subject may help me to clear my doubts.

I always think that it is really really sad when this happens, and I always think how unfair it is when the tree was there first. Imagine the stories that tree could tell if it could talk, the history it has seen, and just because humans decide that it is now in the way, down it comes with no thought at all the place it plays in life. I know that in a lot of places that for every tree they cut down they plant another one, but somehow it does not seem to make up for the loss of the 200 year old trees that they cut down.

well that's without any doubt a bad thing, but people actually doesn't mind about nature, about feeling and about anything, that's why we find that people in states burn crops to have more whereas some other people are dieing cause of the hunger, that's why i want to tell you my friend don't be shocked when you see someone's cutting an old tree cause it is just a small sin of nowadays :)

Life moves fast...People try toplay catch up...We are always looking to make things better..To push forward and if that means cutting down a whole forest we will do it with a blink of an eye..It is sad why can't we enjoy what God has given us...To stop and see the beauty and grace in a old tree that has seen life and held life in its branches...To stop and really feel the sun...We are in a war with nature and without nature what would we have...Who would we be with no beautiful forest or birds to sing...We might as well be robots if we do not have nature to surround us...
