hi my dear friends on mylot, i have been away for a few days now,i have been a little down health wise i have missed quite a lot oi guess,please what is new here now and now am back lets keep the ball rolling

I want to welcome you back my friend. I took me a few days off from Mylot also and took the time to let my brain rest for a while and my mind and body. I don't think anything is new here. You really didn't miss much other than responding to discussions daily. I have alot of them to catch up on also.
