I don't know about the western news if it is fake or not. But I have a chinese friend. She is 38 years old and told me about China. She said that everyone rides a bicyle and there was very few cars. But when she went back 1 or 2 years ago, she said that there are cars everywhere. She said that it was as if everyone has a car. And due to overpopulation, there is also a huge amount of car. So I don't know if that dude who made a fan page on anti cnn is lying or my chinese friend is the one who's saying nonsense. Somewhere mentioned that passing the games in China is a BIG mistake. and I agree with it. They should have pass it to your country only when your political problems would be over. It's possible for it to be independent. I live in Canada and the province of Quebec wants to get independy as well. Soo when the time comes, we just vote fair and square. As a result, only less then 30% of the Quebecers vote for independence while the rest want to keep it all together. So the decision doesn't go to the governement but to the majority opinion. Tibet want to be independent but the gouvernement of China won't discuss the issue with them...I guess they can't even vote like we do it here.

They should boycott the Olympics because they're a waste of time and because they cause political whining in general, not because of whatever specific political stances people take. LadySakuraX. What the Olympics needs is some kind of evil robot emperor who plans to destroy the earth unless the competitors break the rules to join forces to save the planet.

The president of China was willing to meet someone acknowledged by Dalai Lama. The president said that he is willing to discuss about everything except about the freedom of Tibet. If he doesn't want to discuss about the independency of Tibet, there is no point in discussing...it'll be a waste of time. When I look at all of this, the Chinese people are hard to blame because that was what they were taught. Since child, I guess the teacher told them stuff as well as their parents.So their influence grew up from there. It was as if they were told that discrimination against female is right and polluting is fine as long as we become the most powerful over the planet. So they think those are right. No matter what you say with these people, they will still think they are right. and because of this, it will be hard to make them understand how important is human rights. You see, talking nicely and explaining what is right and wrong doesn't work. Tibet people had no choice ubt to kill them and get what they want.
