how to sleep??

some time when im trying to sleep i cant and don why is there description with any one to help me how to solve this problem

There are a lot of factors that may take one's sleep at night. Some may be associated with a problem. Some also are a result of thinking your loved one that you really miss and love. Others may be associated with other things as money, relationships in the family and outside.
I guess the best thing is to keep yourself calm. You can have some physical exercise so your body is tired and can easily get sleep. Some people read books to induce sleep.
There is someone here at mylot who post a lot about insomnia. You might as well follow his discussions!
