Same here. My longest is 3 days and it's mainly because after that, I get very tired and fatigued so I can barely do stuff unless I strain my body. After awhile, the hunger pains go away but the body starts to get weak. I don't know why I went that long without eating.

Well, I am not a breakfast fan, so I guess, I can stay out of food for at least more than the half day. If I work, I usually eat during the day, however if I stay home I can be without food until evening, but I do eat a lot then. This is no god, no healthy. But sometimes I am just not hungry.

Well it has become a habit for me. I hate to stop once I get started on something and I will just keep on saying after I do this I am going to eat.
It never seem to end and most times never eat until the end of the day or until I am finished. It does take its toll sometimes though. I have had gas pains which made me swear that I have experienced delivery pains and no one could tell me otherwise.
I dont eat breakfast very early and sometimes miss it all together so fatsing is somewhat of a habit for me. (lol)

I love cooking and eating, so no food for a whole day will be too much for me to handle. Besides, not eating can't be too good for your health, I believe in balanced diet.
