Since 1954 Germany National Soccer Team has been wearing shoes from what is considered to be the nation's top brand---Adidas. However Nike is looking to take over Adidas' traditional and lucrative, role of the official sponsor of the German national soccer team starting 2011.
How about us, the consumers? Do you choose Nike or Adidas? Generally i prefer Nike because of the superb logo/trademark.

I would prefer Adidas. As a big size man,Adidas gives the opportunity for me to wear something nice.Unlike Nike, they aren't big size friendly.Plus Adidas has this ClimaCool technology where it warms you when it's cold and vice versa. It pretty cool and effective too.no wonder most of the football teams prefer Adidas.I just bought a Spain football jersey where it's Adidas material.I feel happy wearing it because of it's material and stretchable material.I would always go for Adidas.I just bought a Germany jersey as well,it has tiny little holes near the armpit so that it always keeps you cool.Adidas is the best

I would prefer Adidas. I've tried buying products from Nike like their shoes. I just end up getting disappointed because it gets worn out easily.

I have never worn Adidas so I really don't know if I had to choose between the two. My last pair were Nike's and I really liked them. Even now, they are worn out and old but still quite comfortable. BUT when it was time to replace them I could not find another pair of Nike's that I liked. I admit I wasn't in an exclusively shoes store and the selection was smaller...but I was not impressed with what I saw. I ended up buying a very nice pair of AVIA Arcs and I love them!

Probably you can give a chance to Adidas as the previous two responces are supporting Adidas shoes. You are correct, most of the time the design and outlook may not suit our taste, therefore we turn to other brand.

Although I have been using both, but I still prefer Nike. It's a more established brand. Possibly because branding is about the favourite choice, regardless of its price and functionality. Therefore, although Adidas is improving, but I still favour Nike. I had bought Nike product when I was in U.S. It's much cheaper compared to what we have here in our country. Nike is much costly over here because of the import tax and shipment cost.
