Living in a hot country means that I have to drink a lot of water daily just to avoid being dehydrated. I drink on an average 2-3 liters of water a day, If I exercise, the intake will be much more. One way to increase intake is to carry your personal water bottle. This means that you can drink water wherever you are.

Our average requirement of water during summer season is two to three litres per day! We can survive without water for a couple of days only! To increase the intake of water, drink a glass of pure cold-water in the early morning.

bbsr13 we are supposed to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water
per day so thats several between meals and a glass of
water with each meal, and several glassesin the evening
if its really hot you may be able to drink a few glasses
more for thrists sake.

Hot summer are panic days and fond of water. I recently had a problem of having less intake of water so i consulted doctor. They said the normal intake to be 3 to 4lts, if you have more sweating then min 5 lts is necesary.
