Hi! Im currently taking up BS Entrepreneurship in my university right now. Im an incoming third yar student this year. I picked this course because my family already has a business and I prefer to be an entereprener than a manager because it has more opportunities and covers more topics about business than jsut learning how to manage. This course has its setbacks though especially when you are just starting your own business. Most businesses only get ot the point past start up so there are lots of risk. I picked this course also because I wouldnt want to work under any body else and I get to be my own boss but its also not all roses and daisies. At least when you are working for somebody and in case that doesnt work out you just look for another job elsewhere but when a business fails it costs a lot of money and it would be ahrd to get that money back let alone to try and put up another one..

I took English Literature as a major in college. So I had all kinds of literature and writing based courses like Creative Writing, Early American Literature, History of Language and a whole lot more. It was fun I enjoyed it.

i'm doing psychology, now in my third year, two to do after this. So i'm in the middle so to say. But i'm not sure if i will keep doing it.
University has let me down in some way. I thought it would be a challenge, but i was wrong. But that's for me personal, i can see that it would be an accomplishment for others.
I was thinking about maybe combining my last 2 years, but it's impossible because of the training (apprenticeship?) you'll have to do.
It's probably just not my kind of thing, i'm to much used to doing my thing, and getting told by others what i have to study, is a bit strange for me. Maybe next year i get my motivation back. Cause still... a diploma is a nice thing to have. :)

Hello tm1259. When I was in college, I took up AB International Studies major in Peace and Development. That wasn't my first choice. My first choice was Computer Science. I wasn't able to take that course because they say it has a lot of math subjects and I hate math. Then, my second was Fine Arts. I wasn't able to choose Fine Arts because there wasn't any Fine Arts course in my school. Then, finally my dad offered me to take up AB International Studies. He told me I could learn different languages and cultures there. I got curious so, I took that course. It only has two math subjects which is pretty good.

Right now I am taking alot of core classes. I am am in elementary calculus, which I am terrible at. I am also in Macro economics, English, Morality and Justice, which is a Philosophy class, and resources geology. My major is actually public administration and I took some of those classes last semester, but I am done with those until next year. I am taking the Public Policy, or organizational mangement route inside the major. Anyway final exams are this week, so I am pretty busy.

I'm taking up a course on Computer Science at a decent university here in our country. I'm coming into my third year this next semester (June). Things aren't as swell as I would've hoped before I went to college (academically-wise), but I'm more than happy with how everything else turned out. College life is tough, and you really have to work hard if you want to get somewhere. But it's also equally important that you do not forget to have a life outside of your acads, or else things will eventually get screwed and you'll end up wishing you did things differently. There must be a balance between them, as it should be. xoxo, ajhie!
