So how many people have read about this and what are you thinking about it? there is a hell of alot of discussion on the ebay forums about this matter, what has happened is ebay are making it compulsory to accept paypal for EVERY auction you list. The biggest problem with this enforcement comes for collection only items and here is why. Say you sell a sofa ( which can only be collected ) the buyer sends you a payment via paypal before they come to pick the sofa up and then when they have collected it and gotten it home they then put in a claim with paypal for none reciept of items, paypal find in favour of the buyer and the buyer gets their money back and the item. This is a major flaw in paypal and ebay dman well know it but they are not listening to what the sellers are telling them about this stupid new policy. so what are peeps views here about it.

If you feel insecure about it then take a picture of the buyer and also get a written receipt so that you can send it to PaYPal to verify that you did indeed give the items to the buyer. How difficult can that be?

I don't feel forced to use paypal. but I like using paypal. I have been using paypal for years and really do not want to change my payment processor. With so many fake checks, money orders, etc. I feel safer using paypal.
