Is it hot in here?

I had my first hot flush about 10 years ago and it still keeps coming, one of the problems is because I used to take HRT and I leanrt that HRT just keeps the symptooms of menopause at bay, it does not take it away. Sooner or later the symptoms will appear and if you have been on HRT for years you will have bigger and longer symptoms. This certainly happened to me, I decided to learn about what I could do about it. I tried different herbs, black cohosh and wild yam, I also tried lots of soya products and although these did help I actually found that using the ayurvedic herb shatavari was the best thing for me. Shatavari is a herb that is specific for homonal problems for women, and not only helps menopausal but also mentrual problems. It balances the female body and supports the changes that we go through. What experiences have you had with menopause, what helped you?

I got to where I could not just learn to live with it, I felt as if I was burning up inside and I was not getting any sleep. Because I had a job that I worked nearly 70 hours a week I needed my rest. A friend told me about Phyto Prolief, a natural balancing hormonal cream by Arbonne. I got it and that night I used it, I slept through the night and haven't had a hotflash or night sweat since! It is safe, you can use it with hormone that the doctor prescribes and all types of medications. I love my Phyto Prolief and will never go off of it! You can learn more about low progesterone levels by going to www.johnleemd.com and also www.nomorehotflashes.myarbonne.com
