We're doing-up our new house, but we're really struggling to decide how to decorate it, and all the finishing touches. We haven't managed to agree on a colour-scheme yet, so we dont know what paints to choose, or what the carpets, curtains, cushions and soft furnishings should look like either. We've done a lot of structural work to the house, but the final decorating is proving difficult for us to decide.... and i just really wanted it to look pretty and cosie by now. So i thought i'd ask the lovely ladies and gentlemen of MyLot about your home interiors ~ how you've decorated your house? What colours have you chosen?.. and for where? Do you have a scheme? I'd love to hear about your homes decoration (and if you dont have a decorated home, you can answer with what colours etc you will choose when you do have one!). (as long as you dont mind me copying your ideas a little if they sound lovely! ~ im not the most artistic of people,,, i really need a help!, otherwise our home will still look like a builders yard in 2 years time!). This is my Fiance and I's 1st home together, and i so wanted it to be special.. to look modern with the clean-lines, but also cosie and romantic, and maybe a little bit 'country-ish'... I was thinking of maybe Cream, Warm Beige, Dark Chocolate and another colour that would go well with them, but brighten the scheme up a litlle... but im hopeless! Please tell me what YOUR home looks like inside.. Colours, Styles, etc .. and maybe this will give me some much-needed insiration. Thanks so much. xxxxxxxxx
