I just want to see how many Filipinos are in myLot. Where ever you come from as long as you are a Filipino, inside or outside the country, Filipino by blood or by heart, please feel free to post on this discussion. You can say anything you want about Pinoys, your unforgettable experiences being Filipino and how proud you are being Noypi. For those who are non-Filipinos, you can also give comments. Through this discussion, Filipinos can share their experiences while other races can learn how Filipinos live their lives. Mabuhay! Note: Please keep on discussing in English for the benefit of everyone in myLot. As much as possible, always put English translation when you need to say a word in Filipino or in any dialect in Philippines. Thank you.

Hi! I'm from Quezon City but I originated from the province of Leyte. It feels good to know that there are other Filipinos like me in myLot and the number is still growing. I'm excited to get to know you guys and look forward to having a bigger network of Filipino friends from all over the world.

Very oriental. That's the true Pinoy! =) But you know what, it seems you're more Filipino that I am. =) I never heard of that Manok Tagalog for the tinola. Is it the same with Native Chicken? ... Sleeping in Bahay Kubo is very relaxing especially when it is by the beach. When I was in my province Pangasinan I used to stay in Bahay Kubo with my relatives chitchatting until the sunset while the kids were having their siesta inside. =) I really love staying inside babay kubo.

I'm only 50% Filipino, but please be sure to count me in! I live in the US and may not speak Tagalog (other than a phrase I cannot repeat here that I learned from my mother some years ago LOL), but I am still Filipino just the same. Welcome to mylot muhlaanknresuk! I hope you will enjoy it here!

Aw, that is very sweet of you to offer. However I am afraid I would make a poor student as I've tried to learn another language before and failed miserably. LOL So I'll have to pass, but thank you just the same. Wow, that is sad that some Filipinos feel this way. I never knew that.

Don't say that.=) Filipinos are very good in learning new languages and even coming up new vocabularies. That's why in Philippines, the gay lingo is very popular. Also, the shortcuts used in text messaging can be considered as another invention of Filipinos in the field of Language.=) You just need to learn by heart I guess=)

Thank you! =) I'm willing to teach Filipino (Tagalog) for free if you want. Hahaha! That's serious! I have always wanted to teach since I was a kid =). Also, it's nice meeting someone outside the country who is still proud to be a Filipino! Because there some Filipinos (pure or not) in US or in any places outside the country hates to be Filipino. And that's the sad part =(. Again, thank you.

Hahaha! Thanks! Tol, bago a lang ako dito. Hahaha! That's why I want to meet my fellow Filipinos, the people I always look for just right after I step my foot on a new place. And I'm still a bit clueless how things work in myLot. I'm just wondering why my myLot earnings is still zero after, I think, 6 posts. Hahaha! Poor me! Anyway, you're right that there are really many Filipinos here. After posting this discussion I saw a lot of them. Somehow, I felt then that I was left behind (kidding). Last night was the only time I encountered this site in yehey. ... I hope I will meet many Filipinos through this discussion and we can talk and talk about our culture and the like. =)
