Cooking is my hobby. What is your hobby?

I consider cooking as a very very interesting subject. If we have proper fuel system alongwith water and other facilities, cooking becomes a very interesting duty specially in a lady's life. Now-a-days most of the people like vegetarian food instead of non-veg. Particularly our dishes mainly consista of idly, dosa, vada etc., prepared by rice and dal has become very famous all over the world. These items have a common taste which is liked by everybody. If you cook these foodstuff, you have a satisfaction that people enjoy their break-fast, lunch etc.,

i like to bake...like wen i get depressed or sad i bake...or even just to do it i do it...lol

I would rather sew and do some gardening rather than cook. I have several hobbies but cooking is some thing I enjoy doing only when I am in the mood for it. I might just a get big urge to cook but it never last for long, a week at the most,so I'd better make use of it when it comes. (lol)

i do enjoy cooking every now and then but my main hobby is surfing and I like to juggle as well.
Surfing for me brings satisfaction, uses my energy, keeps me healthy, challenges me, brings me friendship, and overall makes me happy.
I can relate to the satisfaction felt while cooking. Personally my "signature" dish are crepes. I love making them and take pleasure in making them look good and taste good!
One of the last crepes I made I actually put ice cream on it with slices of strawberries (premarinated with sugar), chocolate sauce (homemade) along with some homemade whipped cream and some almonds. I must say I am quite proud of the crepe and it was very good!
The good part about appreciating cooking is that it becomes a necessity and something one must do on a day to day basis.
Well have fun cooking (you have/are going to have lucky kids if you love to cook!)
