Hi,
First tell us the problem lies wth UR boss or wth Ur colleague. If the nature of the boss is harassing and creating problem to subordinate then U must collectively take bold steps to resolve the issue. If Problem Wth UR colleague then tell him/her to face the problem boldly and try to solve it. If he/she did any mistake then tell her/him to beg excuse to boss.

That's fine Jyoti.Every body knows that the boss is of harassing type. But some, including me, have skills to cope with him but my friend being a bit delicate takes things to the heart. He is good at work.More than that when it comes to questioning the boss, people get divided err!rather been divided with baits.
What to do ?
We hope we do come out with a solution or wish the boss himself would find remedy for himself.

tell your colleague that not hiding from your boss will do no good to him and to his relationship to other people, if he doesn't like the rules in your office anymore and he can't do anything to change it he better yet find another job and quit his current job in the right manner. avoiding your boss is cowardice and he cannot avoid your boss forever if you know what i mean. there are times that we oppose to what our bosses wants and we don't like their rules but taking his time off and avoiding him will not make the things right. he has to have a courage to stand up to what he think is fair.

Maybe he should try to find a different job. If you're not happy at work- a place where you spend a ton of time- you're not going to be happy overall.

Hi there p_vadla!
I think that he can't continue doing that. Maybe he should resign.

get a new job if that is the case. If the boss is abusive, consult a lawyer and sue him. that'll teach him a lesson.
