Have you ever listened to Bjork's song 'I've Seen It All'? I heard it for the first time this week in the movie 'Dancer in the Dark' and I was so impressed that I remained speechless. The words are so simple and yet so incredibly strong. It seemed to have touched a very deep chord inside and I've been listening to it times and times again ever since. Please tell me what you think about this song.
Here is one of the addresses you can find it at on YouTube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=62pLY5zFTtc

I have never really been much of a fan of Bjork. My first flatmate used to play her on full volume all the time and back then she sounded like a screeching cat! This however is rather different and I can understand your attraction to it. The speakers on my computer aren't that great so I can't clearly here all the words but it is certainly a profound song.
However I beg to question whether we really can see it all
Hope all is well

I must say I am not a fan of Bjork myself, but that song really got me. I think there's a lot of truth in it. The idea is not new, but I've never heard it transposed in music like that. No, you can't literally see it all, but after a while you start to realize that most things follow a certain pattern. 'Nothing new under the sun', as the Ecclesiasticus says. If you've seen one, you've seen them all.
