how about joining marine ?what is the job prospects? what kind of salary we get in this field?

right now i am doing marine engineering. Its quite interesting and challenging. If you have guts to live in any situation, join it. I guarantee you will enjoy it. You will be having a unique personality among the land engineers.

I also like to join marine engineering , but i don't know about it's colleges ? Just i completed my diploma in mech . How can i admit for marine engineering ? Is there any autonomous college of marine ? Please reply .

ya there are. you could probably go for amet in chennai, tolani in pune, r.l. institute in madurai, vels in chennai, meri in kolkata and mumbai. right now i am doing 3rd year marine engineering from madurai .

well dude dnt hesitate to take up this course , its really a spectacular place ,job prospects all very simple(you will be working in a ship so they cant ask you to run for a mile or so )you can upgrade yourself very soon and your pay will increase simultaneously ,so we you get oppurtunity dnt miss It.
