The battle of the wannabe leaders of this country is soon upon us and to be honest I am disappointed with the choices we will be left to choose from. John McClain Hill-Bill Obama I am a die hard democrat so my choice is even harder because these to candyassidates are so busy going at each others throats they have taken the focus off the real issues. My take on the situation is this: 1) If by chance we end up with a Black president will the country's focus be on what he can & will do to improve the state of this mess we call a country or will the main focus be on his being BLACK and will he be for the people as a whole or on his being BLACK and will he be for black people first and the rest of the country second? 2)If we by chance end up with a woman in the oval office will she go all out woman's lib on us or will she bring a fresh new outcome to this badly in need country of ours? 3) I will not speak on McCain because if he gets in we are in for NO change whatsoever, besides we all know that the only thing republicans change are their suits....

*shrugs* in my opinion if Hillary gets in then she'll probably only do what'll benefit herself -- her campaign style says this to me the most. Vindictive self-serving and a liar, from everything I've seen and heard from her. Obama...he seems really careful not to alienate anyone, so I doubt he'll only focus on "black interests". Everything he's spoken about affects everybody *shrugs* He may be the wild card, but I'd take him over the other two any day. There's still a fourth candidate though -- Ron Paul. And whie his chances are even worse than when he first began, I can't exclude him like everyone else does, 'cause he's not "a weak candidate"...he just gets ALOT less attention from the media 'cause he's not "exciting enough". The future of this country is very shaky though, I agree. Even if we DO get someone who'd be a good leader for this country, I don't expect for all our problems to disappear over night. We've some rough times ahead, as a world, let alone our one country.

lol at the last republican comment XD I don't like Hillary myself, she is....well I don't like her, and she is most likely gonna lose the democrat caucus anyway. I think Obama would be a good leader. He speaks well, and actually believes in doing something. I once saw a t-shirt that said "Don't vote for Obama cause he's Black, Vote for him because he's Brilliant". I think that he is the best choice for president, and I will be voting for him. Dan
