pdd-nos mean persasive developmental disorder not otherwise specfied. my son was diagnosed with this this year and i was so upset because who want to find out that there child have any kind of developmental problem but i came to accept that this is what it is and i started to get my child some help so i got him involved in early intervention and now he is in therapy for speech, music occupatient therapy and floor time and building block pdd-nos is under the umbrella of autism which just mean he carry sum of the charactic of autism this is a ongoing thing that is growing there is a lot of kids developing this it's mainly shown in boys i don't know why but if you want more information there are site on the internet about it
