Whole Wheat Pizza

Have you heard that whole wheat pizza is good for you? The longer that you let the dough rise, the more antioxidants are in the dough! Use lowfat cheese and add a lot of vegetables, and you will have a healthy pizza!

I know south beach has made them and they were not too bad. I just heard papa johns came out with a wheat one.

It will become more popular as more people request it! The longer the dough rises, the more antioxidants that are in the dough! So you can make it ahead of time by a day or two for the best results!

Yes, you are right. I am actually planning on making a whole wheat pizza sometime soon. I can't eat cheese, but I plan to put spinach and mushrooms on mine with low-salt sauce. I've done this before and it's great! I can have pizza without guilt.

You can use less cheese for a healthier pizza, since most of the fat is in the cheese!
